Here’s one of the many writing jobs I myself am actually interested in! A company is looking for tech bloggers and other guest bloggers who can publish tech articles in good websites. If you’re just as excited as I am, keep reading.

writing jobs as guest blogger

If you have a tech blog with good content and good ranking (in terms of PageRank or Alexa ranking), then you’re in luck! For one blog post, you can get paid anywhere from $50 to $200 – although I get the feeling they’re going to pay about $75 for, say, a guest post on my PR2 blog. But hey, I can be wrong.

Guest Tech Blogger: Writing Job Details

Before you get too excited about this writing job, take note that the company is looking for an experienced writer who can write good content. If your grammar sucks, you might not be the best person for this job. But hey, you are free to apply – and please do!

If you do get hired for this writing job, you have to meet a few standards, most of which are listed below.

  • As a tech blogger/ tech writer, you must know your way around several topics, including Android phones, iPhone, different gadgets, and even online marketing tools.
  • Each article you write must have at least 500 to a thousand words.
  • You have to get used to the writing guidelines implemented by the company.
  • You have to be an experienced tech blogger. Sorry, but newbies are not welcome!
  • Your topic must be brand new instead of merely recycled.
  • Initially, you get paid about $50 to $75. (Update: When I checked the website, the minimum payment is $5, not $50. Do verify before you apply.) Then, if your blog post is truly awesome, you get a bonus of the same amount!
  • PayPal is a requirement. Get one before you apply, if you don’t already have an account.
  • If you plan to post on your own blog, your blog must have good online ranking and many followers on different social networks.

Take note: the company is hiring writers who can blog for their own website and bloggers who want to guest-post in other websites (or post an article on the blogger’s own site).

Applying For This Writing Job

If you want to apply for this writing job, just email the following information to jobs at blogspc dot com or visit the company’s contact page.

  • A list of at least three online articles.
  • It would be so much better if you include your online articles that revolve around tech topics.

Make sure the subject line of your email reads, “Guest Posting/ Tech Blogging” so that your application gets processed properly.

If you do get accepted, your work will be edited by the company before you can start publishing them online. In case you’re having trouble with the editor assigned to you, you might want to know how to deal with bad editors – I’m sure you’ve had your own run-ins before!

If you do get paid and they seem like a decent employer, please give me heads-up, whether via a comment or a message on Facebook or Twitter. The readers of this blog will appreciate an update.
